You music coverage for introductions, dinner and open dancing. Songs will be selected to please all tastes & ages at your multi-generational wedding reception. Our enormous music library contains many thousands of songs from the 1940's to today's hits, covering multiple musical genres.
You will have crystal clear sound and your guests will hear every important introduction and announcement. The volume is set to a comfortable level during cocktail and meal times then raised for open dancing. Your DJ brings a high-quality professional sound system appropriate to the number of guests at your reception. It is neatly cased, attractive in appearance, and has no signs or banners attached. A broadcast-quality wireless microphone is included for the blessing and toasts.
You will have a skilled spokesperson who expertly articulates announcements, and speaks with enthusiasm, flair and good taste. I began DJ'ing more than 20 years ago as a young teenager. I'm a U.S. Navy veteran having served 5 years on active duty between the ages of 18 and 23. I served alongside other navy sailors as well as U.S. marines because I was a Navy hospital corpsman. Since leaving the Navy in 2000, it was at that time that I started to build my DJ entertainment business. I've focused on weddings ever since because I quickly realized these are the events I enjoy the most. I'm also a UCONN alum (B.S. '06) with a science background which makes me very detail-oriented. I leave nothing to chance and ask a lot of questions. I genuinely want your wedding in CT to be a blast. I am a perfectionist and always strive to deliver the best images. I pay attention to the background, composition, and direction of light. Simply, Photography is my passion and I do this with pride and heart. I know how to use natural light, but after sunset or in dark indoor venues I setup my portable, battery operated lights and create high quality images. I describe my style as Documentary-Romantic Photojournalism with a touch of Modern. My photographs are not only images - they tell a story. I focus on human emotion and observe people’s reactions in the moments that are happening around me. I have experience photographing a diverse array of weddings from couples who practice many different faith and community traditions, and I enjoy capturing those wonderful, romantic moments of brides and grooms from around the world as well as right here in Connecticut.
My product is an intangible service. I am selling a "feeling" manufactured through performance. You want your guests to feel good. That's what you're really buying. How successful the event becomes will depend on the DJs skills and tools, as well as options you choose. Some wedding DJs are better than others. How important is entertainment for your event? Most DJs do not own capable equipment for any event with over 250 guests. That's because most events these days have less than 200 guests and average 150 people. Therefore it makes sense that most DJs buy inferior equipment to handle only those average sized events. Most DJs would never disclose their equipment shortcomings honestly. Their attitude is, "the client doesn't know the difference anyway." Unfortunately for you, they would be right most of the time. However; during the party, you would discover something is wrong. Sadly, by then it would be too late. Your wedding guests will appreciate the life-like sound from a superior sound system. We only use the best equipment that doesn't fall short on sound. Quality is our priority. Remember that professional gear does not guarantee a wedding DJs talent or service level, but is simply a tool for building an exceptional event.
